Shipping
Please allow 7-14 working days for delivery depending on the destination country. Pikaplant Jar is made to order and shipped within 14 working days. We ship Pikaplant Jar weekly on Mondays and Tuesdays.

General Terms for Returning Items
After your purchase you may change your mind and dissolve your order within 14 days of receiving your products. DYI-products and plants can no be returned.

To do this you must notify us in writing within these 14 days at order@pikaplant.com, or by sending a letter to our return address:

After you have received the products you ordered, you may carefully examine and try them within the period of 14 days, but only in a manner as you would if you examined the products in a physical store. If the products have been used in excess of what is normal for examination, you will be held liable for the decrease in value of the products the use has caused.

Once we have received the products at our warehouse, in their original packaging and in the same condition as you received them, we will give you a full refund of the purchase price, including the original shipping charges for the items that you return to us. The refund will be paid back to you using the same payment method you initially used to order, within 14 days.

We do not cover the shipping expenses for returning an order. These must be arranged and paid by you. The products are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure you pack the return in such a manner that any damage to the products and their original packaging is prevented. Make sure the product’s original packaging is intact, and please keep copies of receipts and tracking numbers as proof of sending the products back.

 

Damaged products
Please note; in case you receive a damaged package, it is necessary to file a claim with images of the box and damages within 5 working days. Otherwise, the claim can not be taken into consideration.
